2026 Expressions Of Interest
I'm a Registered Meditation Teacher with Meditation Australia. My credentials are here. I also comply with the 17 item Code of Conduct for Meditation Teachers including disclosure, first aid, insurance etc. I provide access to the Code at the first class (its a legal requirement not always met).
I learnt directly from Dr Meares and have practiced ever since. I've trained and exchanged with other stillness teachers, taught since 2017 and have written 5 books about Dr Meares' system. I also visit other methods of meditative therapy (like Dr Meares did) to continue my own professional development. I describe Stillness Meditation and class here. Generally I run classes Tues-Thurs. Some are run late morning and others late afternoon-early evening (ie after work).
Small class at my Ringwood studio are $25 per student. 1.5km from Heatherdale Railway Station, next to 370 & 901 Bus routes and 3 mins from Eastlink.
Classes for 6-10 are run at external venues. Cost will be provided when I have final numbers and so on as venues usually up prices this time of year. I may change or add venues if enough people from a cluster of Eastern Suburbs are interested.
