How Sessions Work
A simple, calm, and guided experience.
Sessions are designed to be clear, comfortable, and easy to follow.
You don’t need any prior experience.
Before your session
When you arrive:
We briefly talk about how you’ve been feeling
You can ask any questions
The session is explained clearly
You are always free to:
ask questions
adjust the approach
choose your level of comfort
During the session
You will:
remain fully clothed
lie or sit comfortably
be supported in a quiet, calm environment
The session may include:
gentle touch (if you are comfortable) or non-touch (hands above the body)
guidance into a calm, meditative state.
There is no effort required.
You can simply rest.
Many people experience:
deep relaxation
a sense of calm or stillness
reduced mental activity
After the session
At the end:
You are given time to reorient
We briefly check in about your experience
Any questions can be discussed
You can take your time before leaving.
