Gentle, fully clothed touch or non-touch sessions supporting relaxation, regulation and emotional settling.
Sessions are fully explained before they begin. You remain in control of your experience at all times. Client rights, Code of Conduct information and complaint pathways are provided
About Owen Bruhn
Owen has decades of Stillness Meditation practice and experience in teaching and meditative touch therapy. His work closely follows Dr Ainslie Meares’ teaching while integrating complementary approaches where appropriate.

No prior experience is needed.
Sessions & Location
Ringwood Tues-Thurs. Other times by arrangement.
60 and 90 minute sessions are available.
Individual sessions and small group meditation classes.
