Stillness Meditation is a natural process of profound mental rest, experienced afterwards as calm, ease, and sometimes deep tranquillity.
Reduces mental tension and overload

This approach follows the work of Dr Ainslie Meares and is taught as a practical, learnable skill that develops over time. It is not about effort or belief — it is about direct experience.
Meditative Touch Therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach combining:
light touch (or non-touch options)
a calm, meditative state
to support:
deep relaxation
nervous system regulation
emotional settling
Sessions are:
fully clothed
non-invasive
tailored to your comfort (touch, hover, or no touch)
Different pathways may be used (including Reiki, Pellowah, Chi Activation and related modalities), but the focus is always the same:
Helping you relax, reset, and feel more balanced.
How it works
Rather than trying to “fix” the mind or body:
We allow natural processes of rest, regulation and reset to occur.
This can lead to:
reduced tension, anxiety, and fear
improved sleep and energy
greater calm in daily life

decades of Stillness Meditation practice
extensive experience in teaching and therapeutic settings
training across multiple meditative touch therapy systems

No prior experience is needed.
Sessions & Location
Ringwood (local, easy access) Tues-Thurs. Other times by arrangement.
60 and 90 minute sessions available
Individual sessions and small group meditation classes
