Owen teaches the 5 pillars Stillness Meditation Touch Therapy system as the late Dr Ainslie Meares taught it to him and wrote about it in his many books and papers. The 5 pillars are:
P1. Solo Stillness Meditation
Daily practice of quiet, effortless mental relaxation.
P2. Meditation progression
Gradual development through slight, manageable challenge.
P3. Living in calm and ease
Allowing calm to flow into ordinary life, not just Stillness Meditation sessions.
P4. Meditation support factors
Practical conditions that make Stillness Meditation easier to learn and sustain.
P5. Stillness-powered meditative touch therapy
Touch, hover or non-touch support used to help the person settle more deeply. This can be taught to those who have learnt Stillness Meditation and feel called to learn to teach it.
Dr Ainslie Meares on Stillness Meditation discusses 4 of the 5 pillars in detail so you can learn how to implement them yourself (Ch 9-20, pp 117-175). Pillar 5(teaching) is discussed mainly from the learners perspective. Refer to Ainslie Meares on Teaching Meditation book for Dr Meares' protocol.
What happens without 5 pillars is discussed here.
