Umana Technique in Ringwood

Umana Technique is a quiet, structured energy-work session involving gentle hands on touch at selected points on the front and back several of which differ from those used in Reiki.

People may choose Umana when they would like some gentle contact but are more interested in clarity, presence and expanded perspective than in a sustained touch-based relaxation treatment.

Sessions may nevertheless feel deeply restful. No particular sensation or belief is required.

Umana is a comparatively new modality brought to fruition by the Founder of Pellowah,  Kachina Maan. Owen is trained as a Umana practitioner and has undertaken Umana Teacher training with Kachina Maan. This was mainly to ensure he completely understood and had practiced the intricacies of Umana to the highest level so as to offer the best to clients.
