Ainslie Meares on TEACHING Meditation Book
A view of the Table of Contents (see below) from Ainslie Meares on TEACHING Meditation reveals the depth and breadth of the book. If time allows further information, for example, in line with Meares' paper in Holistic Health J 1988, on nonverbal phonation, absence of a prescriptive first aid position in National Code# (in mid2025) and other learnings will be added. Meanwhile, there is no other book like Ainslie Meares on Teaching Meditation that explains his complete teaching protocol and covers administrative aspects.
