A view of the Table of Contents (see below) from Ainslie Meares on TEACHING Meditation reveals the depth and breadth of the book. Even so, drafting constraints prevented coverage of some aspects in great detail. If time allows further information, for example, in line with Meares' paper in Holistic Health J 1988, on nonverbal phonation, absence of a prescriptive first aid position in National Code# (in mid2025) and other learnings will be added. # In relation to first aid training, professional associations require current first aid training as the means of compliance. The regulators will rely on the professional association's position - even though they may have advised that in the first place. Other professional associations have no position on first aid and merely cite the National Code.
