Cost:

 $17/class. Induction class is on Term 1 day 1. 

Another time can be arranged if needed.

 Tues-Wed: $140/term (10 classes).

 Thurs: $126/term (9 classes).

Ainslie Meares on Meditation is recommended reading. 

These are small live classes. Prompt start. No late arrivals. 

1.5km from Heatherdale Railway Station, next to 370 & 901 Bus routes and 3 mins from Eastlink. 

Location is also near Antonio Park - Schwerkolt Cottage Reserve.
