The Author learnt Stillness Meditation from Dr Ainslie Meares decades ago and has been involved, one way or another, ever since. Learning Reiki offered him new insights as it has a lot in common with Stillness Meditation. When he heard about waka - Reiki poetry - Owen was intrigued.
