Stillness Meditation Touch Therapy

1:1 in home studio (or fee split between 2-4 friends) $99 per 1 hr class. 

Waiting list – Spots in small classes (max 10) at an affordable venue in Ringwood Area.

“Mobile” at approved workplaces, health services etc. Save using your own approved Venue. $99/class max 10 people, Travel at  $50/hour. Maximum travel duration 30 mins each way.

I also offer 1:1  Reiki and Therapeutic Touch sessions.   $99/ 1 hour session.

Owen Bruhn seems to be the only one using a Stillness powered engine for Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. His minimalist Stillness powered Reiki harks back to the simple Reiki offered by Usui Mikao based on the information we have available, although, I don't expect you to kneel on the floor and I don't (much) either. I offer both Reiki and Therapuetic either on table or sitting on a chair. 

How many sessions? Healing that seems like a miracle can happen in an instant and are rare. 

Some people get a tremendous boost at a first one or two sessions. For the rest, it's a good idea to aim for several sessions. Some people like to attend one session and then decide on how many more. Individual results can vary and further detailed particulars are provided at first session. Selfcare is very important and time is spent discussion things people can do to improve self care and self help.
