Meet-the-Teacher

You are invited to explore Stillness Meditation via a one on one 20 minute zoom meeting. We charge a nominal $10  fee simply to protect our schedule for people who are genuinely serious about their health. Every cent goes toward building your initial assessment which then continues on in your first private or group session.
