Stillness-Powered Reiki (hands off & on) 

Reiki is offered here as part of a calm, professional approach to relaxation and balance.

Owen is trained in both:

• Western Reiki (Takata lineage)

• Eastern Reiki (Usui-based approaches)

A Stillness-based approach

Owen's Reiki facilitation is powered by his Stillness Meditation engine.

This means sessions emphasise:

• calm, meditative awareness

• simplicity and clarity

• allowing the body and mind to settle naturally

The focus is not on complexity, but on helping you feel more in flow, more relaxed, balanced, and at ease. 

The Reiki experience

Sessions take place in a quiet, minimalist environment.

• You remain fully clothed

• A blanket may be used for comfort and privacy

• Standard Reiki hand positions are used

Touch is always guided by your preference:

• light touch through clothing

• or hands held just above the body

Everything is explained clearly before hand.

During the session

The session is gentle and unhurried.

There is nothing you need to do.

👉 You can simply relax and allow the process to unfold.

Many people experience:

• deep relaxation and flow

• a sense of calm or stillness

• reduced mental activity

Each experience is individual.
